RULES PLOT ABILITIES
No one remembers how the war started. But everyone knows how it ended. Full out nuclear war. Just as everyone feared. Some called it World War III, others just called it the end of the world. Little did humans know but their war wasn't the only one. Vampires, werewolves, and mutants had to choose their own sides. But few remain now. Out of the ashes of cities those who survived set out to begin again. Of course. It's too good to be true. These "breakthroughs" don't show the many failures they have. In order to create this so called "perfect human", The Institute has captured countless amounts of humans, vampires, and mutants to test their theories resulting in painful experimentation and torturous tests.
The year is 2025. Another five years in the Rebellion vs Institute has passed by. Even after five years, hardly anything has changed. New York is still the same desolation it was five years ago and it seems both sides are still in the same deadlock. There have been a few Institute victories and a few Rebellion victories but it seems neither side has a clear advantage. The only thing that has changed are the people. More newcomers continue to arrive in this chaotic New York only to find out that the promised safe haven doesn't exist.
